Any personal information given to caverncollection.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Caverncollection.com’s server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Cavern Collection does not store your credit card information at any time. All crediti card orders are processed by Authorize.net or Paypal.com.
Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
How do I place my order?
- Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
- From the product page select the size / quantity you’d like and click "Add to cart"
- You may repeat step 2 by clicking the “click to continue shopping” link and adding more items to your cart for purchase or continue.
- Once you’ve added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. This process involves 4 steps; verify your order, shipping information, billing information and place your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with final shipping details.
Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option to view order. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled. All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation, you can email us to obtain this number if you like.
How can I change my order?
You can send changes to caverncollection@gmail.com. Changes can only be made before your order is shipped.

Taxes and International Sales
Residents of California will receive a 9.75% sales tax on all purchases. We ship everywhere in the world, international clients will occasionally receive an additional import customs charge from your country. We make every attempt to minimize your transit fees and cannot be responsible for varying international customs. All international sales are final.
What if the item I want is sold out?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
What if I encounter any errors during check out?
Please email us if you are having any problems! We can also process your order by telephone from our physical retail shop. If you are having trouble checking out or processing your order there may be conflicts between our site and the particular browser you are using. We find that our site is best used with Mozilla Firefox. You can download a copy of Firefox at www.firefox.com
What is your shipping policy?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic shipping is FREE! Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 10:30am pst will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Cavern Collection holds the right to refuse shipping to any order. We cannot be responsible for items that are delivered and confirmed by carrier, but never received by customer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination and are calculated during the second step of checkout. Express shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days and priority shipping takes approximately 6-10 business days. Shipment progress can be tracked on usps.com with a USPS tracking number. Cavern Collection cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs. All international sales are final.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles. Standard USPS Priority Mail from Los Angeles to most California destinations takes about 1 day, and anywhere else in the US, about 3 days.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original packaging, unwashed, and unaltered. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Cavern Collection has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to the below section, “How do I return an item” for specific instructions.
How do I return an item?
All returns must be authorized by caverncollection.com. Please send a return request to caverncollection@gmail.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. Upon receipt of a return authorization # from caverncollection.com. all articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Send pre-paid and with a Delivery Confirmation to:

Cavern Collection will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
Can I return/ exchange my items to the Cavern Collection retail store?
Yes! You can return or exchange any item you bought on the site to our brick and mortar store in Hollywood, CA.
What is your policy on privacy?
We respect your right to privacy at caverncollection.com. We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Cavern Collection does not store any of your credit card information.
Caverncollection.com will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
